• fire stations, life in general::

  
  this afternoon, marks. and i went to look at a home for sale in our area. if we had the finances, we probably would have purchased it on the spot... the house is patterned off a fire hall, and has a very open, loftlike feel. sooooo neat. i could see the potential as i walked through... it's fun to dream... here's a link for those curious...
  
  my hair is a big, blonde pouf right now [i always misspell "blond", but, i like it better w/ an "e". rawr.]. somedays, it feels like a wig. happily, because my eyebrows are dark, and with the natural curl, my roots aren't awfully dramatic or anything... i will be going back dark at the end of this month... i want my hair as long as possible for twin~*'s wedding at the end of july, then, i'm planning to get it cut short one more time before i grow it out.
  
  i have been very tired recently. so much of the past few months is catching up with me... i am multi-tasking like never before... we went to hope, BC, on saturday, w/ steve and pam noordam [jody's brother], who were on vacation in BC and made us their first stop!! we loved showing them around and explored a new place with them, the othello tunnels. sooooo cool. i took my laptop and edited photos on our way back from there... shot my first wedding of the summer, yesterday. it was beautiful and amazing... i have yet to take the photos off my camera, but, i'm pretty excited about them.
  
  today, i have been preparing for the coming weekend [showers and parties for twin~*!], and consequently, my trip to DC on wednesday... i leave tomorrow for seattle, to spend a long-awaited inspiration day w/ rebekah chapman... photography, good food, good company... i consider that a relaxing day.
